Complex industrial programs.
Delivered with precision.

ARMFA LLC provides embedded project management for capital-intensive programs in energy, oil & gas, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing — where schedule discipline, technical fluency, and hands-on accountability are non-negotiable.

What ARMFA does

Four service lines. One standard of delivery.

Every engagement is scoped to the complexity of the program — not to a standardized package. If the work requires it, it gets done.

01
Capital Project Delivery
End-to-end program management for industrial capital projects — from scope definition and contractor procurement through construction management, commissioning, and closeout. Whether the program is a single-discipline upgrade or a multi-phase capital expansion, the engagement is structured the same way: embedded, accountable, and present from start to finish.

02
Controls & Automation PM
Program management for controls and automation capital programs across industrial, energy, utility, and manufacturing environments. ARMFA brings physical hands-on experience with the systems being managed — FAT/SAT coordination, loop check programs, and multi-vendor instrument commissioning are not abstract concepts here.

03
Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing PM
Facility buildout, tool installation, and production ramp management for semiconductor fabs and advanced manufacturing programs. Includes IQ/OQ/PQ coordination, cleanroom and controlled environment qualification, equipment vendor management, and integrated schedule management across all disciplines.

04
Project Health Audit & Recovery
A fixed-fee diagnostic for programs that have fallen behind schedule, exceeded budget, or lost stakeholder confidence — regardless of industry, program size, or how far off track things have gone. Root cause analysis, current-state assessment, and a structured recovery roadmap delivered in 2–4 weeks.

About ARMFA LLC

Technical depth where it counts most

ARMFA LLC was founded on a simple conviction: industrial capital programs fail not because of a lack of planning tools, but because the person managing them doesn’t understand the work. Every engagement is led by a principal who built pneumatic and electro-hydraulic actuators, calibrated instruments, and commissioned controls systems on live industrial units — then spent a decade managing the programs those systems belong to, from instrument loop check programs to multi-phase semiconductor facility buildouts.

Principal-led engagement
The person on the discovery call manages the program from kickoff through closeout. ARMFA operates with one point of accountability — every deliverable reviewed and signed before it reaches the client.
Field-verified technical depth
ARMFA’s foundation is field experience. Pneumatic and electro-hydraulic actuators built, instruments calibrated, and FAT/SAT programs run on live industrial units — that background is what every engagement is built on.
Transparent reporting by design
ARMFA delivers written status reports structured so a senior leader can read them between meetings. Real-time schedule visibility. Change orders reviewed before approval. No surprises.

How ARMFA works

Embedded, not advisory

Every engagement is structured around hands-on delivery — present on site, in the schedule, and accountable to the outcome.

01
Discovery call
ARMFA discusses the program — scope, current status, key challenges, and what success looks like. No proposal until the full picture is understood.
02
Scoped proposal
A written proposal specific to the program: scope of services, proposed schedule, engagement model, and fee structure. Not a template — a response to the actual situation.
03
Mobilization
Once a contract is executed, ARMFA moves quickly. A project plan and communication cadence are established before any contractor interface begins.
04
Delivery and reporting
Written status reports structured for decision-makers. Real-time schedule visibility. Change orders reviewed before approval. Pay applications validated against actual progress. No surprises.

Three ways to engage

Time & Materials — Embedded PM
ARMFA embeds with the client team for the duration of the program. Suited for ongoing capital delivery, multi-phase construction programs, and controls commissioning work where scope evolves with the project.
Fixed-Fee — Project Health Audit
A fixed-fee diagnostic delivered at a defined scope and cost. Suitable for distressed programs, pre-handover assessments, or situations where an independent view is needed before committing to a course of action.
Monthly Retainer — Program Oversight
Ongoing program oversight on a monthly basis — for organizations that need senior program management without adding headcount. Scoped to the program at the start of each month and reviewed quarterly.
